This version have the following updated features:
- R Interface - run the model with 2 lines of R code
- Vaccination model - against infection or symptoms-only
- Simple multiple-variant model- variable transmission rates but complete cross-immunity
- Individual infectiousness factor - gamma variable of individual infectiousness
- Multi-region meta-model - running multiple versions of the model with case migration between regions
- Static network option - run on static social networks (x20 speed-up)
14th July 2020 Parameter Update
Version with new calibrated parameters.
Major changes are:
- Increase in asymptomatic to 33% based on serology data
- New age distribution of mild and asymptomatic cases based on combining serological and case data
- New relative transmission parameters based on updated data
- Change relative transmission to be a per interaction number not a per day value
- Calibrate hospitalisation fraction based on UK hospitalisation data
- Calibrate infectious rate and lockdown multipliers on UK data
