What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. install SubstBMA add-on
2. choose *BEAST template
3. import alignments

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see "SubstBMA" as an option under substitution model in the
site model tab, but I don't. I only see JC69, HKY, GTR, and RB.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.0.2pre (also tried 2.0.1) on OS 10.8.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry if this is only for developers; I posted to the google group but haven't
heard anything.

I'm posting another comment because I don't think this issue has been resolved
yet - I am getting the same problems and do not see any changes to Beauti when
I install SubstBMA. I have tried this on windows, mac, and linux machines and
can't seem to get it to work.

Is this add-on can not be installed to BEAST 2.1 ?

When I list add-ons in version 2.1, blow is showing up:

java -cp lib/beast.jar beast.util.AddOnManager -list
Access URL : http://www.beast2.org/wiki/index.php/Add-ons2.1.0
