Chunk Collector Chest feature

Add a 'filter' feature to the chuck collector chest.
Adding an item frame with an item in it to any side of the chest will allow that chest to only pick up that item.
Right clicking the item framed item, will set it so the chest will pick up anything BUT that item.

Alternatively, shift clicking the chest can bring up a GUI that lets you add a filter of items.
