zeng_sc_10xv2 is missing 2 quarters of data #8

In the current Q2 sample inventory, zeng_sc_10xv2 and 10xv3 are collapsed. After these are separated, the 10xv2 is missing cells reported as deposited in 2019Q1 and 2019Q4
