Jobs displayed without any dates (submit/finish/etc)

Hadn't seen this one before, but looks like some jobs may be displayed as COMPLETED without information about date/time of submit/run/finish?

To compare, see this other job in the same experiment but with date/time information.

Maybe it is because the data in the job_data table is not available as reported before in another issue. I thought this was going to be solved in Autosubmit 4.1.12 since it looked like a problem generated by the log retrieval.

I remember it was reported on #115 but also in the autosubmit repo (not sure which one) a long time ago
