A couple issues regarding Special Items pools slipped through my latest review:
Fangshi Sage should have access to the Tsuandan's Wizard Artifacts ("TWS Artefacts - Wizard") insteand of those for Prefect;
Prefect of Heavens can only access Artefacts, but should be the "Artefact (Wizards)" instead of "(non-Wizard)" as currently.

And one hotfix that came a bit after:
Silver Dragons' Fire Lance (1) option should only be possible with Spears or Halberds.
