Getting some Errors #4

errors im getting are:

Error C2535 'void printa_c::print(const std::string_view,args_t...)': member function already defined or declared

Error C2374 'singleton::ob_instance': redefinition; multiple initialization

i have the directx directories in correctly and im on x64 Release.
