I have build a map where a lot of "wiki pathways" were present. The description of these pathways which is an url is not informative and I was wondering if it is possible to replace this description by their names in the gmt file. Please see screenshot below. Thanks.

sure. I willl look into it. I just added wiki pathways. The gmt files are being downloaded directly from wikipathways site and I don't format them but I can copy the name field into the description field. Having the URL though might be useful.
Maybe it would be better to have EM parse the name field by "%" and use the first token as the label and store the second one under datatype. That was the whole reason we made the names this way.
