WOOD PROTO Belt tensioners can't add enough tension #14

In their current configuration, the belt tensioners cannot move the belt enough to increase the tension in the way we'd like. Not how much the flexing of the top plate is adding to this issue. Also not sure if stretching of the proto rubber belt is contributing to the issue in a way that the final kevar belt would not.
