I've updated the master design file with the latest Jubilee carriage and tool changer parts. The image below shows that the belts hit the carriage back plate too high in the Z-direction. The distance is approx 2.2mm. The shortest standoff on the bridge pulleys is 0.9mm, so we cannot move the belts down without reducing the thickness of the bridge in that area. The bridge is currently 6.35mm thick. Need an analysis of what minimum material removal would be needed to accommodate. We could also change the carriage center to make the adjustment but would violate the goal of being Jubilee carriage compliant. The team needs to make a decision on this.

Forgot to note that the Y-direction alignment of the bridge pulleys and the carriage rear plate is off my 0.2mm as this closeup shows. Note that the teeth are not drawn on the belt, so the interference see in the green belt is expected. It should be 1.0mm and it is 1.2mm.
The team discussed the options in the 8/11/2020 meeting and agreed that we should make changes to the Jubilee "back plate" design on the carriage to accommodate our 9mm belts. This means enlarging the space where the the belts attach, and moving up the top belt clasp so it is centered on our belt. Mike will make a new Fusion file to make and document these changes.
