We should have a first release for the workshop.
A 0.1.0 is perfectly fine but there should be a GitHub release and a PyPi package so that it is clear that this code that can be used.

Mark releases as normal release and not “prerelease” —- they don’t show up on the front page.
Also, with semver anything below 1.0 counts as in flux so you really don’t have to mark it prerelease.
