Describe the bug

I unlocked cryo syringes, looked at the medical techfab to make one and when i hovered over the cryo syringes, it still said the old functionality.

What did you expect?

I expected the description being a proper description, rather than the 2021 version.

Reproducible steps

Unlock cryo syringes
Go to medical techfab
look up cryo syringes
hover over them
see old description
