Hello BenPru,
I successfully installed the luxtronic integration into my HA, everything worked from 22.00 until 01.00 at night.
At 01.00 seems that the web interface of was not responding.
I went to the local interface, confirmed the password xxxxxx, went to web server interface, set as active web management, I changed the IP of the interface, I disabled DHCP. I think this is it.
Via web interface pointing to the new IP, putting the password I can access to many management menus, including the remote commander interface just like being in front of the Pump with the wheel.
So I removed the luxtronic integration, now when I try to set the integration again, I just put the IP address, I just get the error 'Unknown error occurred'
Now I do not know how to proceed.
Thank you and happy holidays.
G.

I had something similar once. Doing a full power cycle of the heatpump solved it for me and the issue did not return since.
In my case, I suspect I overloaded the internal web server with too many requests/commands through Home Assistant and the app.

Maybe you get better information if you put the integration in debug mode. It's a bit of digging, but we'll get you back online ;-)

Is this issue now solved?
Of so, could you close it?
