updates to work with latest GAP products and downloaded filenames

Update the column names as mentioned in the notes; e.g. there is no summary_depth column in the latest bts table.
Also check filename consistency; this looks for something called ts_length_specimen_data.csv while the download functions save bts_length_data and bts_specimen_data as separate CSVs.
