Updating to match https://github.com/awslabs/ssosync
Mirrors AWS SSO Sync but with the added env variable SSOSYNC_LOAD_ASM_SECRETS which can be set to false so that there is no need to fetch ASM Secrets from AWS. instead it will load purely from environment variables
