Net merging support in connect UI

Connect UI currently supports only append-to or new-link/export, but maybe should support net merging.

Or maybe not, this is more of a refactoring operation, and would be unclear what code should be generated. Especially if net merges are unsupported in the frontend Python code. But it shouldn't be too difficult to fix that, including name dedup/etc.
