已经搜索过，没有发现类似的 issue
已经搜索过文档，没有发现相关内容
已经尝试使用过最新版，问题依旧存在
使用的是官方版本（未替换及修改过安装目录程序文件）

🐛 描述

更新到 3.0.0-rc.11 版本后频繁出现开机自启动不成功的现象，经过排查发现 Watt Toolkit 自启动通常早于笔记本电脑连上 WiFi，而 3.0.0-rc.11 版本在无网络连接时启动会闪退，回退版本至 3.0.0-rc.10 发现可以正常在无网络连接时启动

退出正在运行的 Watt Toolkit
断开网络连接
启动 Watt Toolkit，发现右下角进程图标出现后迅速闪退
