Project Detail

Project Name: Integrating Aiki Wiki 4 BibliothecaDAO, Frontinus House and Realms

Overview:

This project aims to integrate Aiki Wiki Parley, a conversational game theory system powered by 9x3 Narrative Logic Processing (9x3NLP), into the Frontinus House proposal process. Aiki Wiki Parley is designed to foster win-win collaboration by allowing Realms community members to build consensus on proposals and decisions in a decentralized, transparent, and inclusive way.

The integration will be achieved in three phases: scoping, a limited pilot, and the full integration of the Consensus Dojo, which will support scalable discussions on proposals or documents. This system brings together game theory and collaborative governance, gamifying the proposal process and reducing the need for voting by focusing on consensus-based decision-making.

Unique Features:
Collaborative Consensus Building: Aiki Wiki Parley enables thorough deliberation, ensuring win-win outcomes for all participants by building consensus rather than relying on divisive votes.
Gamified Proposal Process: By applying game theory to conversation, it encourages participation, collaboration, and constructive engagement, making the process more engaging for the Realms community.
Seamless Integration: the project integrates Aiki Wiki Parley’s API into the Frontinus House platform, allowing for real-time proposal discussions.
Evolving Voting Mechanism: While initially using Snapshot for voting, the long-term goal is to transition to a decentralized, transparent, and trusted consensus system.

Target Audience:

The Realms Autonomous World community, including active DAO participants, developers, and community members engaged in proposal submission and governance processes.

What Excites Us:
This project represents a transformative shift in how decentralized communities make decisions and even integrate AI into their deliberative processes. The win-win collaboration model of conversation game theory (9x3NLP) ensures that proposals and decisions are driven by collaboration and consensus, creating long-term harmony and reducing the potential for divisiveness.

Further Details:

We are providing an additional $30,000 of funding from the Aiki Wiki team to complement the initial requested grant, ensuring a total value of $40,000 for the project. The funding will cover the full integration of the Consensus Dojo, enabling scalable and transparent governance for Realms members.

Character
Rome Viharo has been evolving and developing conversational game theory, 9x3NLP, and Aiki Wiki for over 20 years, and has been endorsed by professors, computer scientists and cognitive scientists for his unique systems design.

Timeline

Start Date: Mid to late September 2024
End Date: December 2024

Phase 1: Scoping Period (September - October 2024)

Define the technical requirements for integrating Aiki Wiki Parley into the Frontinus House platform.
Gather feedback from Realms community stakeholders to ensure alignment with their needs.

Phase 2: Limited Pilot and Feedback (November 2024)

Launch a limited pilot with selected Realms members to test the integration.
Gather feedback on user experience, system functionality, and engagement.

Phase 3: Full "Consensus Dojo" Integration (December 2024)

Complete the full integration of the Consensus Dojo, allowing any number of Realms members to build consensus on proposals or documents.

Bi-weekly updates will be provided throughout the project to ensure transparency and community engagement.

Grant Request
We are requesting 2 Eth upfront and 100,000 Lords upon completion from the Frontinus House grant to cover the initial integration of Aiki Wiki Parley and the limited pilot. Our team will contribute an additional $30,000 to ensure the completion of the Consensus Dojo, making the total value of the project estimated around $40,000.

Conclusion

The integration of Aiki Wiki Parley into the Frontinus House platform will introduce a cutting-edge win-win collaboration system to the Realms community, enhancing governance, transparency, and engagement. By enabling community-driven, collaborative consensus-building, Aiki Wiki Parley will provide long-term value to the Realms ecosystem, setting a new standard for decentralized governance.

We look forward to partnering with BibliothecaDAO to bring this vision to life.
