Audio clipping when using RTS and FLAC #28

In settings, when you enable the RTS feature and make FLAC your audio codec, audio will always be clipped whether you use OC's limiter or not.

Switching back to WAV has this work as expected, would like to see FLAC working with this too.

The issue -> FLAC gets exported in 24bit
