Anime4K v4 移植

Anime4K v4 推出了 3 种模式，总结来说：

A：Restore + Upscale
B：Restore_Soft + Upscale
C：Upscale

AB 会明显破坏画面细节，所以适用于一般动漫的放大，C 适用于视觉小说或插画的放大。@hooke007 你觉得 Magpie 应该预置哪种（些）模式？

我觉得还是按照v3的移植方式就行，即逐个Darken,thin,deblur,restore模块移植...我几乎不用作者推荐的组合（只是个人偏好）
要加个预设组合的话，我自己的偏好里是 restore+常规upscale（sinc） 或者 （其它）upscale+restore 。（我很少用a4k的upscale）

以上都是基于mpv看动画的结论，不一定适合magpie的广泛用途（视觉小说）
或者先单模块移植完之后进行一些组合实际测试后再看？

内置的Anime4K只会使用upscale，效果比ACNet好，它对算力要求不高而且可以保留细节。restore也已移植，供高级用户使用。

把shaders文件夹重命名为effects。编译时应该已经复制过去了，不知为什么会有这个错

当前初步测试的速度可以。因为不可抗力我现在只能在小型的1080p屏幕上预览，效果远不如4k上来的大和明显

Anime4K 的 S 变体在我的集显上也能跑到 60 FPS，可以说是低配福音了

a4k 的upscale引入了对抗网络，除了有点oversharpen，效果比等阶的CNN更好
restore的GAN版本没有那么锐利比较合理

不知是否有更小的模型，目前都是UL的级别，普适性不太理想

+1 for porting the Anime4k Upscale GAN shaders once they are ready. These shaders seem to be able to keep way more details compared to the CNN shaders.

Additionally, I'd like to request to port the Anime4K_Thin_HQ shader. Thinning the lines tends to make high resolution 2d artworks look a lot better without any noticeable degradation so I think it would be a nice effect to have.

I will experimentally port a GAN shader since bloc97 has not had a new commit for a long time.

Anime4K_Thin_HQ will be added before v0.8 is released

Great!
Just as a heads up the GAN X2 M and X3 L shaders are currently bugged. So the best shader to port experimentally would be GAN X2 S or the (now deleted) GAN X2 UL.
