Support downloading csv files #1594

Hello blockchair team,
New to service and I am trying to download a csv wallet statements files for different exchanges but there is an error code 404. Tried on different browser and getting error message that file was not available on site. PDFs work fine but csv and csv advanced do not download. Any troubleshooting support would be appreciated. Thanks!
