Please bump the gl-client's lightning dependency to at least 0.0.125. This version brings support for optional descriptions in Bolt12 offers.

This will make it simpler for us to re-use code across the GL SDK (interfacing with gl-client) and the Liquid SDK (which added support for Bolt12).

We dont use the crate directly. It's pulled in via our dependency on VLS, and we can't upgrade unilaterally.
