Description

Configure MLflow Tracking in the project environment.
Enable logging of hyperparameters, metrics, and artifacts for AI/ML techniques such as probabilistic forecasting, RL insulin pumps, and causal inference.
Ensure logs include:
Hyperparameters (e.g., learning rates, forecasting windows, RL state-action definitions).
Metrics (e.g., MAE, RMSE, time-to-event detection).
Artifacts (e.g., model files, visualization outputs).

Acceptance Criteria

MLflow Tracking is configured and integrated with the current environment.
Test experiment logs are visible in the MLflow UI.
