Proposal to Enhance Fluid Router Configuration: Support for Potion Bottle Items

This proposal aims to improve the Fluid Router's configuration by adding support for Potion Bottle Items, alongside the currently supported Fluid Potion Buckets. Introducing this feature would provide users with an additional option, enhancing the flexibility and convenience when setting up potion-based recipes with the Fluid Router and Mixer in Immersive Engineering.

I have already implemented and thoroughly tested this functionality, and it is ready to be submitted as a PR.
