Risc0 has a new version. In order for bonsol to consume an upgrade we need to :
depends on #29

  1. Change the setup docker to point to the latest groth16 docker container for risc0 to get the correct vkey
  2. Add an endpoint to the contract to allow verification of this new version
  3. upgrade bonsol-prover and bonsol-node to use the new version
  4. redeploy contract
  5. publish node and cli releases and encourage node operators to upgrade.
