cron bunyan to static html. only let admin users access endpoint.

• node cron to upload files to owncloud
• create file named after a human readable timestamp if there is no file yet (deploytime)
• use timestamp as remote folder name

This will be resolved as soon as we have a global log provider using the log interface of the containing docker containter

We thought about it a lot but haven't had the time.

How urgent is your request? Because I think this is something we should talk about at out IT-strategy-weekend.
