The BRIDGES client should trap error code and return more meaningful error messages:

If the error code is access denied, then give information about login credentials
Skip the credentials that could confuse the user otherwise.

This is partly done now in commit: 5d58f86

We should audit remaining HTTP error codes for better error messages.

@krs-world check out our new error message when assignment posting go wrong!
