set/getTimeCap()

I am getting an error in runnign the Sorting benchmark example -- these functions are being used but not accessible. The functions in Benchmark are not declared public or private. I changed it just in my copy to get the example to work. I dont want to change as it was written by someone else (Erik?)

Please check and update the client.
