Scenario:

  • Two or more shared devices logged into the same user account
  • Each tries to sell tickets to someone
  • Database constraint of one in progress booking per performance per user might cause bad things to happen

Need to double check, but fairly sure this is not handled at the moment
If the user has box office permissions on the show they are trying to create the booking on, we should not enforce this limit
