Current drr and rad filters are manual, by eye - yet what is visually rendered does not illustrate the input to ncc calc

TO DO

  • computed optimal drr and rad filters at a "correct pose" input end track result- which result in minimal ncc?
  • concerns= this may be frame specific

Other thoughts-> raise a separate qt widget which shows the greyscale rad, drr in computed reder buffere resolution with applied filters
