BIOID dosen't work anymore

I USE ID CARD AND I PUT IT IN THE BIOID but nothing work to this filed,I cant pass the Field
and i have to sneak to pass the Field even im in the creative mod.
i think maybe something worng with my server，i this this in singel mode and BIOID this dosen't work too.
i dont know why.
