**Functional Storage Version:1.20.1-1.2.12

**Titanium Version:1.20.1-3.8.32

When a downgrade is added to a Simple Compacting Drawer it will try getting 64 "blocks" of a inexistant more compressed slot.
Basically when adding the downgrade the Simple Compacting Drawer limit will be set to (64*9)576 blocks.
