我这边接了一个硬件，然后用了保活部分的module，使用策略用了All或者单独用JobService，当我的应用退到桌面的时候接收不到硬件传递过来的消息，我问硬件对接商说因为是蓝牙的，退到桌面后 无法接收到数据，说需要要么保持app在前台 或者添加前台服务，我单独自己写一个前台服务或用博主的库也没用，不知是否有和解决办法

可以先监听下蓝牙是否断开
