Face Swao Doesn't work

Hey everyone, im brand new to the open source scene and I just fixed the issue of the ffmpeg file not being detected, even when it was downloaded.

To fix that issue, I moved the environmental variable of the ffmpeg path to a new copy which I moved outside the 'ffmpeg-2023-06-21-git-1bcb8a7338-essentials_build' folder which had the 'bin' folder with the 3 ffmpeg files

And I no longer get the 'ffmpeg file not detected' (i even checked with command prompt) and it looked like roop unleashed would work (it gave no warnings).

Yet when I ran it, the face swap doesn't work at all!

Both the target and the source file were clear and it didn't work for either video or image.

I'm assuming you consulted the Wiki regarding usage?
What are your system specs?
What does doesn't work mean? Be specific. Does it process a video and giving you the same result as the input, or doesn't it even start processing at all?
Does the preview area work? (Hit "face swap frames after selecting a source and target face)
Does the terminal output show any errors? If so, post them here.

Yeah man it processes the video and it gives the same result as the input but it says no errors. When selecting the target face it works, it comes up in the preview area but there just is no different in the output!

But the face is swapped in the preview area? That's strange. Sure you're looking at the processed video from the output folder? Sorry for the dumb question, there's a lot of unexperienced users here.
Not sure if it makes a difference, since I do it anyway for the preview: Try clicking on the source and target face after you loaded them.
If you want me to take a look at it, you can post a screenshot from your main tab and your settings.

Hey man here, sorry for the late reply I was a bit busy for a few days

See here that the face is targetted (the picture which im putting on the face is a clear pic of emma watson, for testing purposes ofc)
But after I output, the face isn't swapped at all!

The problem seems to be your input image. The image (Screenshot 2024...) is loaded, but no face recognized. When the input face is recognized, it looks exactly the same (with the small face crop) as in the target faces area.
