GPU - CUDA as a Provider is missing on Latest Roop Unleashed Version

I was using Roop's latest build and noticed a slow processing speed. I checked the settings section and I found Cuda as a Provider is missing. I removed the install and did a fresh install. But again, it's the same issue, Cuda as a Provider is missing and only CPU is listed under provider. Please take a look.
Roop Version - roop unleashed 4.0.0
I am using NVidia RTX 4070 Nvidia Latest Studio Driver 555.99
I am running Roop on Windows 11 23H2 Updated to the Latest Stable Build.

How did you install and what did you do? The provider isn't displayed because it is missing in your environment.
Did you install the necessary cuda stuff from NVIDIA?
CUDA (Nvidia) Install CUDA Toolkit 11.8 and cuDNN for Cuda 11.x

If you installed manually, did you activate your conda environment and installed the necessary requirements?

I installed it by using 1 click installer. Cuda Drivers are installed and also the archive files are extracted in Cuda Toolkit. The thing is, it was showing earlier, but I noticed a slow speed 10 days back. I thought it was a one-time issue. But two days ago when I was checking settings, I noticed. I also did a fresh install, but same issue.

An update. I did a manual install via Conda and I now CUDA parameter is there. But when I try to run via 'windows_run.bat' it downloaded good amount of data and then when it is launched, cuda was gone. I did a fresh manual install again and now I am running it by activating venv and then launching via python commands. Cuda is back.

I just installed for the first time and I have the same issue. I used the windows 1-click installer. I only see CPU as an option. I'm using Automatic1111 and other GPU tools so have the necessary drivers etc.

Ok so I did a clean manual install and now the CUDA option is available. The command line shows that cuda is selected so it should be good right!? So it seems to be using the correct GPU for image processing, but for Live Cam, its using my integrated GPU which has horrible performance.

For those having issues. Insure you have the correct python version in your environment.

No, it's also using the cuda enabled gpu but for faster motions you need to stream it to OBS instead of using the preview window in the browser.

I said the same thing, but I didn't hear back from the coder and the issue was moved from bugs to discussion. I think this is a valid issue and needs to be considered.
