training on newdataset

Hi,
When I give the input dataset,output folder,trained networks in the command line to executelibra.py file(same command line given in readme file),will the execute libra file first train it on my newdataset and then give the test results in the output or will it directly test it on pretrained models?
I want to train deeplibra on some new dataset.
