Get Jenkins packing bundle properly #2 #6

Currently, Jenkins does not assemble the entire bundle with all the submodules.

Having Jenkins do what I did manually to create the complete archives uploaded to the release page would be handy to have.

There same issues exist in the CFDModels_bundle: CCSI-Toolset/CFDModels_bundle#2
