Summary

Provide documentation that explains the MPI database tables, their columns and the value types that would be stored. Additionally, provide some documentation on which and how field elements are normalized before being stored in the database.

Acceptance Criteria

• Updates to reference.md (or maybe a new data dictionary document), that explains the MPI database structure.
