Description:

We will need a service, based on the design, that can log the following:

Who made the change
When the change was made
Actions taken on a FHIR Server, Query, Team:
- Create
- Modify
- Delete
- Ran
When a user signs in
Export of audit log

Acceptance Criteria:

We will discuss with the engineering team what service best suits these needs.
