Hi,
I have cross-compiled the Netopeer2 library, but when I run the server, it does not listen on any port (not even the default port). Can someone assist me with this?.

You need to add some configuration of ietf-netconf-server to sysrepo. Normally, the YANG modules and the default configuration is set up using scripts but when cross-compiling, you have to do that manually on the target system. However, there is an option to build the script functionality as a function of a static library, which you can then simply run on the target system to set the YANG modules up.
