add_group_users.py script doesn't exist

This script, meant to be run periodically on usegalaxy.cz to add people logged in via e-infra IdP to become a member of a special group and get more quota and resources, cannot be called because it's not copied to Galaxy instance. Therefore, Cron has an invalid path to that script. Must be copied to the ansible_hostname first.
