Hi, these are some suggestions and issues that Alyazyah and I had for Fluigi:
-- Issues --
we could not upload a file (like a .uf file) from our computers onto the editing page:
(we know this is a feature in development but think it would be really cool to have it implemented)
Neptune doesn't allow you to download the code log that appears on the right hand side black box on the editing page - we think this would be an excellent feature that makes it easier for programmers to document their process instead of having to copy it and paste it into some word processing / notes file
after a job is run, and when you go onto the Solutions page, you see a list of jobs. It doesn't list them in the order that they were run, and doesn't tell you the details of each run (what .uf file was run, with what config.ini file it was compiled, and if it succeeded or not).
it would be nice to have those details + a copy of the log on each option, so you can see the runtime profiles of each job.
After you run a job, you cannot download all the output files together in one batch. This error appears.
It would be nice to be able to download all files together instead of having them downloaded one by one.
Also when you want to display the result of one answer in browser, doesn't allow you to, as this error appears
On the dashboard, when you look at the different files, it does not tell you how many completed and active jobs does it have per file (for example on the unnamed file, I ran three jobs and it doesn't show that) as shown below:
Also on the solutions page, it doesn't tell you the folder in which your files belonged, so for people with a lot of research projects that can make it hard to navigate.
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
EDIT: if it weren't clear enough (sorry!) the suggestions are: order jobs on the solutions by date, let us see the names of the files we submitted to those jobs, let us see how many jobs were completed and active per file on dashboard, add download button for Neptune log screen. Another idea may be to allow us to immediately see the graphs and solutions of MINT and LFR after we run the software.
issues were: cannot download all the files of a job in a big batch (error appears), cannot view each singular file in the solutions in a popup window (error appears)
