このページの、

# 取得したrosbagをノートPCに移動（有線接続の場合）
sudo scp -r $HOME/rosbag_mapping [email protected]:$HOME

のコマンドが間違っている

sudo scp -r [email protected]:~/rosbag_mapping $HOME

とかじゃないでしょうか
