I added another Eddi and had a similar problem where the new device didn't appear. I did the reload option on the Integration entries page and whilst it appear to make no difference some hours later (possibly the following day) the new device appeared. |

There are a few ways to do this. A common way to replace a device is to delete the old device before adding the new device. If you give the new device the same name as the old one, your history should stay in place. Removing the old device after adding the new device and renaming the new device to the old device should have the same effect. I don't think there is a need to remove the integration. Let us know what worked. It might be useful to have it on record for other users. |

It would be really good if running the configuration tool /option allowed you to reenter the API key and Hub number, without having to reinstall. |

I know my case was different but can I assume your Zappi was also the vHub? |

Hi
I have had to have my Zappi replaced, so I have a new serial number now.
How do I update the integration to show this please? Running the configuration option only asks me about the Libbi optional questions (email / password)
Do i have to fully uninstall the integration and put it back in?
My API hasn't changed and i have updated the serial number on the MyEnergi dashboard
TIA
