Login impossible

I installed the application but I can't login. It always tells me wrong login, wrong password. I checked my myenergi account with a login and password but it doesn't change anything.
Can you help me?

You didn’t read and follow the instructions, you have to use your hub serial number as username and an API key you get from the MyEnergi Web portal as password.
