Describe the bug
The Heading and Description of Site on Banner image is not at centre, too above

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://staging-clixdashboard.tiss.edu/home'
2. See error

Expected behavior
The Heading and Description of Site should be on banner image, but the padding between search/select filters should not be more(i.e. heading and Description of site should at centre of banner image)
