TISS-COOL page, Link Redirection Issue

Describe the bug
In TISS-COOL page, under content curation section, for link " https://clixoer.tiss.edu/cool/oer " the redirection is incorrect(i.e. redirects to CLIx OER home page)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://clixoer.tiss.edu/cool'
2. Scroll down to 'content curation heading'
3. click on "https://clixoer.tiss.edu/cool/oer" link
4. see error

Expected behavior
it should redirect to "https://clixoer.tiss.edu/cool/oer"
