Describe the bug
When clicked on activation link on email for first time redirect's to Account Activated page, but when user clicked on same link on next time still redirects to Account Activated page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://clixplatform.tiss.edu/accounts/register/'
  2. Fill Registration form with valid details and click on send Activation Email Button
  3. Open Email Message received from CLIx For Account Activation
  4. Copy Link and Paste on 2 separate browser tab
  5. See error

Expected behavior
Either for second time click on activation link should redirect to login page, or heading of Account Activation page should change to
"Account Already is been Registered".
