The Requirement for PopUp in CLIxOER

- Requirement for CLIx OER website popup on load

1. Poster Needs to be In JPG, SVG, or PNG format (e.g if it is in SVG please make sure it is exported correctly not showing corrupted file)
2. Poster Needs to be 800px x 500px
3. Poster size needs to be under 100kb
4. if poster comes with text more than 4 lines please consult team for positioning the text;
5. Registration link needs to be provided
