Fish and Turtle squeeze don't respond / stop responding

Fish/Turtle squeezer has been plugged in. When unplugged the green light is still on and the app does not show the squeezer as disconnected, but the balloon does not respond to squeezes. Plugging the squeezer in tends to fix it so the app responds again.

Sometimes unplugging it again causes it to stop working but other times it still works after unplugged. An issue with the battery holding charge?

yeah, It sounds like the battery isnt being charged. There is probably enough power for the BLE chip to make a connection, but having trouble transmitting or something. It would be great to be given one of the units while it is in this funky state. I can try connecting it to my phone, and rip the electronics apart
